2.  Additionally I would like to personally congratulate and please join me
in welcoming our newly elected District Captains.  Their dedication and
commitment to seek these high level leadership roles is examplary and I will
be proud to serve on the D1SR Executive Committee with these outstanding
gentlemen!

	A. District Captain-SEC LIS South: Vincent Pica (currently Div 18
Cdr) 

	B. District Captain-SEC LIS North: Robert Gesullo (currently Div 24
Cdr)

	C. District Captain-SEC NY South: Steve Kisver (unchallenged for 2nd
yr term)

	D. District Captain-SEC NY North: Jack O'Brien (unchallenged for 2nd
yr term)


3.  All assume office 01 Jan.


4.  BZ as well and my deepest appreciation for a job well done to our
outgoing District Captains - Thank you for your great service Tony Wuestman
and Nick Sidorick!
